CJ is a Managing Director and the Head of APAC & EMEA Sales at GSR, one of the largest alt. coin market makers and trading houses in the Digital Asset space. He has been in Crypto since 2017 and prior to that spent close to 10 years in traditional finance, starting his career on the trading floor in Hong Kong as a structurer in the Morgan Stanley Fixed Income Division working on multi-asset solutions in the asset and liability space. He then moved to the Private Wealth Side of the business to head up Fixed Income Solutions for Morgan Stanley Private Bank in Asia-Pacific. From there he did a stint at Nomura Private Bank, focusing on key client solutions in both public and private markets.
