Takeshi Chino
General Manager for Japan at Binance
Takeshi Chino joined Binance as General Manager for Japan in July 2022, and he has been working collaboratively with regulators, policymakers, and industry leaders since then. His focus will be to develop business opportunities for Binance and grow the firm’s operations in Japan in a responsible and compliant manner to build a sustainable web3 ecosystem in Japan.
In 2021, he served as the Vice Chairman of the Japan Virtual Currency Exchange Association (JVCEA) and in 2023 he was a board member of the Japan Cryptocurrency Business Association (JCBA). Prior to joining Binance, Takeshi held senior roles as Managing Director and Head of Japan at Kraken Japan where he played an instrumental role in successfully obtaining Kraken’s JFSA registration. Prior to that, he held roles at PwC Japan, Tokyo Stock Exchange, and Japan Securities Clearing Corporation. He is a graduate of Keio University and the Said Business School, University of Oxford.
千野剛司（ちの・たけし）

慶應義塾大学卒業後、2006年東京証券取引所に入社。2008年の金融危機以降、債務不履行管理プロセスの改良プロジェクトに参画し、日本証券クリアリング機構にてOTCデリバティブ（クレジット・デフォルト・スワップおよび金利スワップ）の清算プロジェクトを主導するとともに、日本取引所グループの清算決済分野の経営企画を担当。2016年よりPwCJapanのCEO Office（経営企画）にて、リーダーシップチームの戦略的な議論をサポート。2018年7月、世界的な暗号資産取引所であるKrakenを運営するPayward, Inc.（米国）に入社し、金融庁登録に貢献。2020年3月より同社日本代表就任。
2022年7月Binance日本代表に就任。オックスフォード大学経営学修士（MBA）修了。
