Having passed the exam for the certified public accountant, He joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he worked with clients from a range of sectors, offering audit services, helping them get prepared for initial public offerings, and conducting financial due diligence. After these experiences, He joined Coincheck in November 2018. After working in the development department of a financial closing system, he worked in the accounting and finance department, defining accounting requirements and establishing internal controls in the new business field of crypto asset exchange business. He currently manages the corporate planning, accounting and finance, and risk management departments. He also serves as vice-chairman of the Taxation Study Group of the Japan Crypto Asset Business Association (JCBA), and is involved in various self-regulatory rulemakings related to crypto assets. He became Executive Director in September 2020 and Senior Executive Director in June 2022. He appointed as CFO, Senior Executive Director, Director of Corporate Division in September 2023.
