After graduating from university, he joined Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank . He worked in the pension business for about 10 years, developing products for pension calculations and defined contribution plans. Later, he was involved in finance operations related to corporate acquisitions (M&A). Since 2018, he has been involved in the company’s first full-scale agile development project as a product owner. He was selected as the CEO of Trust Base Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, in April 2021 and has held the position since then. Additionally, he led the establishment of JADAT and has been leading the digital asset sector at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank. Since 2022, he has also served FDUA.
