Born December 4, 1973, in Yamaguchi Prefecture. In 1993, he formed the comedy duo "London Boots No. 1 and No. 2". While active as a duo, he also appears individually in a wide variety of programs, including variety shows, economic and information programs, etc. He is also actively engaged in digital activities, such as X (formerly Twitter), which has over 3 million followers, opening the YouTube channel "Tamura Atsushi's Ash ch", and launching the online community "Tamura Atsushi's Adult Elementary School". In April 2019, he entered the Graduate School of Media Design at Keio University, graduating in March 2021. He loves castles and is currently a tourism ambassador for seven castles, with the aim of conquering all of Japan. He is expanding his field of activity beyond the scope of a celebrity.
