Joined the Ministry of Finance in 1992, and served as Senior Expert in the IMF's Financial and Capital Markets Department, Director of the Foreign Exchange Market Division in the International Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, Director of the First Banking Division in the Supervisory Bureau of the Financial Services Agency, and Counselor in the Planning and Markets Bureau of the same Bureau before assuming his current position in June 2022. His responsibilities include fintech, IT systems and cybersecurity, economic security, and anti-money laundering and financial crime.
